Глава региона, Андрей Никитин, посетил одну из площадок Всероссийского форума «Россия - страна возможностей»

В рамках экспертного диалога «Об управленческих вызовах и решениях» Дмитрий Кобылкин, губернатор Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, и Андрей Никитин, губернатор Новгородской области, поделились опытом управления. Самые тяжелые решения, по словам спикеров — связанные с выбором. Если ты управленец, тебе хочется помочь всем людям, гражданам, которые обращаются за помощью. Но всегда нужно выбирать, какую задачу решать первой, что будет более приоритетным сегодня — это и есть самые сложные вопросы. 

А как губернатор подбирает себе команду? Как государственное управление справляется с конкуренцией транснациональных и корпораций и государственных компаний, которые предлагают в разы большие зарплаты? Проводить открытый отбор и конкурсы, которые дают возможность людям, действительно любящим свой регион, показать талант и присоединиться к команде.
